Welcome to Pearl Moon Alpacas! We are located on 13 gently rolling acres in Carroll County, Maryland, between Baltimore
and Frederick. We first learned about alpacas at the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival and fell in love with
their gentle, peaceful nature. Newly retired, alpaca ownership offered the relaxing lifestyle we were looking for. In addition, it also offers the opportunity
to pursue our interest in the fiber arts and an attractive tax-advantaged investment.
Koko delivered a bouncing baby boy on Sept. 28. This is her 3rd cria and first boy.
Our herdsire, Chance, is the proud Papa. He is definitely throwing white with 2 white
cria from a True Black and a Dark Brown dam.
